Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to process your order within 24-48 hours after it is placed.  In rare instances it may take up to 3 days to process.  We utilize Fed Ex for all shipments of 10 cases or less (or less than 150 lbs).  Shipments that exceed these amounts are sent LTL (on pallets) via common carrier.  Please specify if your shipping address is a residential location or if you are unable to receive merchandise on pallets at your location.  Surcharges may apply if a delivery appointment or liftgate services are required.  SHIPPING QUOTES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.  We will notify all customers of the actual charges prior to shipping. 
Privacy & Security
All information obtained on our website is solely used to process your order(s).  Credit card information is not stored in our database without your written authorization.  Information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are kept in order to expedite all future transactions.  We will occassionally contact you by email to inform you of new product arrivals, special promotions, and other alerts which you may opt out of at any time. 
Returns & Replacements
Defective merchandise, shortages, or any discrepancies should be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.  Returns may only be made with written approval from Powerhouse Toys management.  A 10% restocking fee may apply. 
Place an order as a guest, or register at the time of checkout in order to expedite all future orders.  You may also contact us by phone during normal business hours.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices on our website are for individual pieces (not per case) and are subject to change without notice.  If you have received a promotional price or code by email, please notify us at the time of ordering.  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal only.  Credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped.  Further, we do not charge for merchandise that is on backorder.
Viewing Orders
All orders can be viewed at any time by logging onto your registered online account.  You may also request a copy of a previous invoice by contacting our office.
Updating Account Information
Any changes in address, phone number, contact person, etc. can be made by logging onto your account.  It is also recommended that you notify us by email or phone of any changes prior to placing online orders.
